What's the residence since date on your GC @JessnTrev ?

You need / needed to file I-751 to remove conditions. You can do it on your own.

If you filed I-751 jointly with US citizen spouse, you need to file a new I-751 with divorce waiver.

Once you get receipt for new case, write a letter to USCIS asking to withdraw your old case mentioning you filed a new case and it's number.

The wporst possible thing is to have conditions removed whilst you in the process of separation/divorcing.

So I should wait? File for divorce first and then file the i-751? It should be a matter of months before I find out about getting my 10 year green card.

The last thing you want is divorce soon after receiving 10 year GC. This may be an issue for naturalization.

Don't base your marriage on immigration. Your immigration and marriage should reflect your natural choices. If the marriage is dead - why wait?

I Get that but im just wondering about if I divorce and then get my green card, I don't want to look like im hiding anything. If I need to tell them I will. I can't seem to find any lawyers that will give me an answer.

You were given advice in this thread what to do. Write a letter to convert the case. Or file new petition based on divorce
