We just got approved! After 9 months and 5 days of waiting. NOA 1 - Dec 11th; NOA 2  - Sep 16th.

I do, however, want to say that a little miracle happened. I contacted USCIS live agent via Emma chat this morning. They told me that I, as a beneficiary, am not authorized to discuss the case; only the petitioner.

My finance then made the call, and has been told that they have no other available info to give him, other than what's on the official website.

Approx. an hour later, our case was approved. :D It could just be a coincidence, but the timing is incredible.

Did any of Dec filers receive any information from NVC yet?

My case status was just updated to indicate that it's been sent from the USCIS service center to the Department of State. It's my understanding that this takes a few weeks, so I'm not expecting to hear from the NVC for a while.

Noa 1 is Dec 13th, still nothing… crickets. I’m so tired 😪

I use "the other" tracking service, and I see that there are still 36 cases on received state for that day.

I totally empathize with you. The wait is excruciating.

same here. it has  been a week from status change to sent to DOS. I have heard it takes 3 weeks to create a case, and then from a week to 3 to send to the consulate. Depending on the consulate.

I understand it is advised to send a public inquiry to the NVC at 3 weeks. They reply in a week, with the status, or sometimes they give you the new case number, which you can track on the tracking NVC site.
