no one is saying we should protect newbies but we should treat everyone with respect...

I totally agree. But for me I have a certain degree of tolerance. I respect people that respect people. But when I see some whinny babies bashing people that got approved even they filed after them......that makes me sick.

Sooooo I don't respect them anymore because their attitude doesn't make sense, and even when you try to explain to them its normal and they shouldn't be so hateful and all they reply to you is " ITS MY RIGHT TO COMPLAIN!!!!" like they are the center of the world, then I unfortunately have no emote to translate my thoughts...

But you can pretty much guess...its made with the middle finger.

Well I for one, am totally offended by the lack of respect and courtesy of this thread. You all are responsible for wasting 2 hours of my work time (on the clock).. that it took me to read all these racist, insulting, and demeaning posts.. Didn't your mothers ever tell you "There is NO STUPID Questions?" All of you are haters and racists... I don't know if I can be a member of a website where things like this happen...

Respect and spoonfeed are two different things. You are paraphrasing incorrectly. And frankly I am getting irritated now. I am not a newbie by the way, and my words were joked about as well. Being new or old shouldn't be so important around here when it comes to respect.

I'm not quite sure why you are taking offense with me. I never mocked you nor said you were a newbie.

I was paraphrasing you with the protecting newbies bit:

but I think part of the problem is that there are real questions and real phrases here that are being made fun of. I think joking about the process is a different thing.

I think even if people don't agree that it could be taken the wrong way reading this thread, they should at least try to acknowledge the negative aspects of it too.

Stina i had no clue some of what you said was also brought back to this thread. I for one also was not making fun of newbies. I was making fun of questions. I even made up 98% of mine. I did made up mine too, just was inspired in fact by some comments I've read, and I changed elements in the sentences so they would not be retraced
