3 months and still waiting for physical green card and don't know how to track

as the title says, it has been more than 3 months since i arrived the usa and i never got my physical green card. i am anxious to carry passport.

i don't have any numbers to query as well.

 

What should i do other than waiting if any?

Did you pay the $235 Immigrant fee after the visa was issued?  If you did, you can use the receipt number from the payment to track.

It's the usual tracking website, but just put your receipt number in rather than your case number - https://egov.uscis.gov
