No green card received, how can i track where it is?

I entered the country with my spouse 2 months ago. I didn't receive physical green card in mail. I only have stamp on my passport.

I didn't get any tracking number or anything like that either. No welcome mail either

 

How can i track my green card? Is it even possible?

If I call USCIS what information do i need to provide?

 

Note: I came to usa with a family based visa.

If it’s only been 2 months then it’s probably just too early. 
 

But yes, assuming you did pay the fee you can track it using the receipt number here - https://egov.uscis.gov

After two months I got a letter from USCIS for an appointment at an Application Support Center. I had to have my photo taken again, that was all. About 10 days later my GC arrived. You will see updates if you also need fresh biometrics after you get the I-797 Notice and have attended the appointment. Check your IOE receipt for those updates. If you get no such notice after the 3 months, then I’d reach out directly.
