Hello everyone I really need help right now my case is in US consulate Montreal but was placed on administrative processing but I’m back in my home country Nigeria and I’ve been having difficulty communicating with them in regards to the transfer of my case

if anyone knows their mobile number and email address for Immigrant cases please let me know

thank you for your assistance in advance.

and another thing it’s been about two years since I went for my last interview and was refused based on the fact that I had outgrown my category and was told to wait

while transferring to another consulate do I need to also contact and NVC and notify them about it and does it affect my case in anyway.

You weren’t in AP before, what happened? Did you get a good lawyer and has your case been reinstated?

Hello what’s AP?

yes it was reinstated the consulate at which I went for the last interview gave me a 221g paper and also emailed me to come back once my visa category was current

I’m not in the country anymore moved back to my home country and want to transfer the case back but I haven’t been getting any response

I also don’t know if I have to get in touch with the NVC for anything to help with that since it’s been about 2 and half years since my last interview expired documents and all although my CEAC link is still open

Admin Processing. But I thought you should have had a visa by now as you’d been put in the wrong category by mistake? What happened with that?

If your PD isn’t current (you still haven’t  completed your timelines so no idea if that’s right or not - you make it very difficult to help you without that!) then it’s NVC you need to contact, not the consulate.
