My wife applied June 2 under the 5 year rule and received notice of interview being scheduled for November 13 just yesterday.  We're in NYC.

Yup... Our N-400 were filed early June 2025, so already almost 11 months. But our office has processing time 11.5 months (Jacksonville, FL).  As per USCIS: 'Your case is processing normally. The earliest you can submit questions is July 22, 2026. Please do not contact us before this date.'
