Nice and quick processing, and same-day oath too!

Did they address anything the new Good Moral Character requirements during the interview?

Thanks!

It was. Mine seems to be a fairly straightforward case, so that helps. (Green card, living here ten years, divorced, joint-custody, all taxes up to date, no arrests etc. Didn't give them many threads to potentially pull at. 😃)

Was very happy to have the oath on the same day. (Apparently they had to postpone the oaths yesterday due to a meeting that needed the space that's used for them, so those folks have to return next week.)

Didn't mention it explicitly. Didn't appear to ask any questions that would touch on it either.

Congrats! Looks like you have a busy office.

yeah I saw people saying they're waiting up to 7 months for oath ceremony

we might get a denial for applying too early, but at least it puts us closer to reapplying.

My prayers is that you should get a favorable officer who will ignore it and schedules you for  oath ceremony.

Some officers are more inclined to grant citizenship without considering that too early filing than others.

I've been following your case as we share the same FO. I was hoping we would have the same oath ceremony lol, but my interview is on October 8. Do let us know how your ceremony goes. Do you know the venue yet? Is is the Warren B Rudman US Courthouse at 55 Pleasant St in Concord?
