Hi all.

As the title says, I am asking about the question 19 on form I-134 about contributions to my Beneficiary that I, the Petitioner, intend to make.

I would like examples of how other people have filled this out. How much detail and what type of wording is required? Something like, "I, John Smith, the Petitioner, intend to provide the following to Jane Doe, my Beneficiary: 1) Safe and appropriate housing at 123 Oak Rd, NY, NY 12345; 2) Any essentials my Beneficiary needs to sustain a comfortable, safe, and healthy life, such as food, clothing, recreation, and transportation."

The I-134 Instructions are silent on this. Also, from examples and discussions I have seen online, the 2025 version of the I-134 form is substantially different from previous forms, including for this question.

I greatly appreciate concrete, specific help with this question! Thank you.

this is what I put for mine.

"I, JANE DOE, THE PETITIONER, FULLY INTEND TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT MY BENEFICIARY, JOHN SMITH. I INTEND TO PROVIDE HOUSING, FOOD & MONEY WITHIN MY RESIDENCY AND FINANCIALLY SUPPORT HIM WITH ACCESS TO MY ANNUAL EARNINGS FOR AS LONG AS NEEDED & UNTIL HE IS ABLE TO SUPPORT HIMSELF FINANCIALLY IN THE UNITED STATES, FIRST AS A FIANCE AND THEN AS MY SPOUSE AFTER HIS ARRIVAL IN THE UNITED STATES."
