I was married in 2013 and have my 10yr green card. During the marriage I had a child with someone else in 2017. My ex and I tried to work things out but when covid came he decided it was time to move on. Partly because I told him my child was mine and only mine. In 2021 we officially got divorced. Will they hold it against me for having my son. I get along real well with my ex.

When my son was born my ex had to go on the birth certificate and when we filed the i751 my son was listed and ex was listed as the father. Now the birth certificate has the real father listed on it. When my ex filed for divorce he wanted to be removed from the birth certificate and was.
