Hi, When filing i130 for parents should I should I choose for adjustment of status inside the US or outside the US ? 
Ps: My parents are not in the US at the moment

 

2. Is it just the i130 form i need to file? Or any other accompanying form

Outside the US

 

Best to read the guides but you file 2 petitions

Adjustment of status doesn't apply for beneficiaries outside the US. They're consular processing

Ok, thank you, yeah I did but still don’t understand some stuff and I really wanna get this right😊,

 

one for each parent right?

Did you see the guide I gave you on your thread the other day? That sets the whole process out step by step so just follow that carefully - as said above they’re two separate cases so you need to do everything for each of them.
