hi, i have a couple of questions 

 

1. my greencard (of 2years) that i got after adjusting from K1 visa is going to expire april of next year

 

im going to be traveling this december back to my home town for 2 weeks.

will i have problems coming back to the states ? 

 

2. what form do i have to file for extension of greencard? and where do i send it to? and do i have to include any proof of marriage. is there a format or an example for this?

No, you should be fine as your GC will still be valid.

Research the Removal of Conditions process (form I751).
