Hi everyone, so glad to find this site

I've been reading through the site and find something that is now troubling me. I see in the posts in the past few days, people are talking about the fiance signing the G-325A???

the only place i see for a signature is at the bottom and it states: "signature of applicant"

that's me not the benificiary, right??

You need to fill one out for yourself and one for your fiance. There are multiple copies so make sure you and your fiance sign all copies.

The G-325A is a generic biographical data form that's used to accompany many different forms filed with USCIS. Thus, the confusing terminology. In the K-1 process, the USC is petitioner and the foreign fiance is the beneficiary. So, technically, there isn't any applicant at all

To answer your question though: Both you and your fiance need to fill out a separate G-325A (which consists of four pages). You will sign all pages on yours, and your fiance will sign on pages on theirs.

And be SURE that each of you has 4 pages of the G325A (4 identical pages, 8 pages in total between the two of you).

They are identical in the information people have written into them, I just made that statement because I have seen people think they only need one page because the other pages are all the same. But yes, they do need signatures on each page, should have said that in my post.

I can only imagine when I get into the madness of checking case online status every 10 minutes. I haven´t started yet and I am checking the USPS site every 10 min to see if my package is closer to my fiance so we can start our jorney.

DHL charged me $97 + For next day service...never showed up

their tracking site shows it as in ohio since 5 am...it's supposed to go to Ecuador

step 1 still in love...they can't take that away from me B)
