Almost ready to send off N400 and just wanted a gut check with how our evidence list is. This is based on 3 year marriage (I-751 still pending). NJ.

1. Birth Certificate of our child

2. Joint Checking Account from past 3 years every 6 months or so.

3. Joint CD account statements going back a couple years

4. past 3 year joint tax returns (IRS return transcripts)

5. family health insurances and dental insurances

6. car insurances going back 2 years

7. lease agreement (we moved into this year , before that lived in the apartment I owned which I sold last year, wife was included on warranty deed sale of house which I included)

8. rental insurance with our names

9. both driver licenses

10. 401K beneficiary wife listed

11. electric bill in both our names (for this year's apartment).

12. family trip to Europe plane tickets

Anything obvious I am missing? I did also include credit card statements but the problem is for one of the credit cards it doesn't show anywhere in the statements my wife as authorized user. Thank you in advance!

Credit card statements wouldn't be useful.

Are you filing digitally? If so, why are you going with statements for every 6 months and not more frequently, say quarter or monthly? If you're not printing those of course.

Otherwise looks good.

Copies of the credit cards showing that both you and your spouse's cards have the same number (ie you're sharing the account).

I think your list is strong. I have a similar set except my wife and I don’t have a joint account. So I’m including CC statements where we comingle finances on my account with her as an authorized user.

I’m going to send 3-4 statements per year, so that’s quarterly.
