Hi everyone. My mom, sister, and I are now filling out our N-400s based on VAWA and want to apply for a reduced fee. It asks for household size and household income, we live together but all file taxes separately. Are they included in my household size/income? And vice versa?

so. this is grey area

Who owns the home? if either of them ,  they contribute to your cost of living by providing a place to live

For immigration purposes, a "documented household" generally refers to a group of individuals residing in the same principal residence who are considered to be financially interdependent and whose income may be pooled together to demonstrate a sponsor's ability to support an intending immigrant. This includes the sponsor, their spouse, any dependent children, and other individuals who are claimed as dependents on the sponsor's tax return, or who are considered household members by the sponsor.

From the following site

When determining household size for Form I-864, include:
  1. Yourself (the sponsor)
  2. Any dependents.
  3. Any relatives living with you.
  4. The immigrant(s) you are sponsoring.
