Passport additional docs?

Looks like all we need is:

 

1.  $160 check to USDoS

2.  $50 to USPS for app acceptance and Photo

3.  Printed DS-11   separate pages 5-6 unsigned. 

4.  Cert of Citz original and 1 copy. 

 

Is that it? It looks like the Cert of Citz covers both Citz and ID. Is that correct?

Nope.  Wife applied at a county office.  Needed a state DL or other ID and a copy also.

USPS Passport documentation required.  You need both the Naturalization certificate plus a copy AND a separate ID and copy.

 

Step 1: Gather Documents Early

• Application forms (unsigned)
• Proof of identity document and a photocopy of the front and back
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship document and a photocopy of the front and back
• Passport fees

Odd that it's listed under both requirements.

Yes, but the Cert of Citz is listed under proof of ID and under proof of Citz.

 

It's like when filing a W-7 you have to prove ID and citz but a Passport takes care of both.

I was asked to present both DL and naturalization certificate at my passport appointment at USPS.
