Just to clarify! And I stand corrected as I was talking about the interview where what I mentioned comes in to play.

Yes! When doing original K1 petition all USCIS is mainly looking for is proof of meeting in 2 years.

Don't really need pictures. I sent one of me and fiance holding a newspaper showing the date.

Boarding passes, hotel bills and copy of stamp in passport and Intent to marry will normally suffice.

After having my senator and congressman look into to the embassy denial and me talking to the head honcho at USEM.

We were informed that the main reason for denial was lack of pics showing me, fiancee and her family together.

We had emails, letters and phone records also.

Specific words were: Lack of proving a bonafide relationship!!

And there ya go. Pictures with family on multiple dates, in multiple locations and in hopefully different clothing are very good as evidence of bona fide relationship. They can become pretty critical if the only meeting is that first visit. Multiple visits reduce the need for other evidence of bona fides. I suggest having plenty of photographs for the interview but have just a couple selected photographs from each visit ready to hand over as soon as asked. "Here are a few. I have many more." etc.

Anything the officer looks at must fit in the small space under a window like at a bank. You must take the pages out of any binder.

My wife had FLEXIBLE binders none more than 1/2" thick as per Diwatas instructions.

They fit thru the slots with no problems.

Not a good idea to be trying to grab individual sheets as some pinay have dropped the whole package while trying to do so and papers went everywhere,

Not a good way to start an interview being frazzled, picking up papers off the floor and trying to find what is asked for!

Best to have everything segregated in small flexible tabbed folders.

Ten is not overkill. Just make sure to send in plenty of stronger evidence of meeting. e.g., copies of passport entry / exit stamps, travel tickets, other dated receipts from your meeting. Also remember, we live in the time of 'Photoshop'. Photos together can easily be 'created' or altered. They are looked at as backup evidence.
