Hi, how long have you been waiting to receive l 797c in mail after receiving the electronic notification (txt msg) ? 

We've been waiting abt a month now.  Got the txt msg 03/11 and it said the official receipt notice will follow in mail.  

I have emailed the lockbox support but no reply yet.  Just wondering if others waiting this long at the moment.

A month is longer than normal, but be assured, you don't ever need the hard copy receipt notice for anything.  No need to stress about it.  They have your case and it's in the queue.  You have your case number.  There's no new information on the hard copy.

I was just concerned if there's some instructions etc on it that we would be missing. And also we dnt have an online access code cause that's on that written notice I believe.

We sent in an inquiry today since we haven't received the official receipt notice in mail yet....got an instant automated reply that they will look into it and expect a reply within a month.

We finally received the paper version receipt notice 🤩 They received our petition March 5th.  So it's been a good while 🙂
