That is one of the disadvantages of a K-1 and adjustment of status.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

What do you need to bring or prepare to the interview? Do you need to bring the copies of application documents like I-485 ? Or just new information

They list everything needed, I’m just planning on bringing originals of everything we’ve submitted and include some additional evidence we’ve gathered since we filed, which isn’t a ton. Hopefully they’re understanding that we married recently and don’t have everyyyyy account joint yet

Bring the original of every documents you submitted in your initial  application.

Do not forget your State ID. Marriage certificate, passport , Pictures, your interview letter and everything you think can help you supporting your case.

Is always good to have all things with you than missing certain documents.

On my interview day, I forgot my passport in my car and the officer unfortunately asked for it.

Make sure to have All with you.

By chance, does anyone know of a timeline estimate between Interview Date and receiving Naturalization Card?

My wife really wants to go on an international work trip with me, which is about 1 month after the Interview Date. We booked her a refundable airline ticket as a precaution, but just curious if we are talking lottery type chance of it coming in time or if there is a reasonable chance of it coming in time.

Please clarify:  Are you talking about a Green card or a Naturalization Certificate after taking the oath as a citizen?

Never. There is no such document called Naturalization Card.

You probably mean green card?

Could be few weeks, could be few months. There's no set timeline.

Is the case status showing approved? Did you receive I-797 approval letter?

Apologies, I am talking about the green card. I mistakenly thought 'Green Card' was the nickname and 'Naturalization Card' was the actual name, but I meant the card you receive after being approved at the AoS interview.

No, her interview is Aug 12, so I was assuming if she gets approved, then the Green Card would be sent after that. The expected/average timeline of most applicants is what I was more or less trying to find out, I know it possible range can vary greatly.

In other words, do most applicants receive it within a few weeks or do most applicants receive it after a few weeks?

It usually takes few weeks, maybe a month for most applicants.

Case status was reworded to "Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS". Previously, it said it was "actively" being processed. I don't believe this is anything other than a wording change. Did anyone also receive this new wording?

Ours has been "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" since May 28th for green card.

For work authorization, its "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken" since May 21st.

Hopefully y'all get an interview scheduled soon. We have had no updates since April 19th for green card, and the case is with NBC. EAD was approved and shipped within 2 weeks after the biometrics though.
