We got a notice that case was received (we did i130+i485 concurrent filing). According to USCIS online tool, it'll take 34 months for review. Hoping to get her work authorization and travel authorization sooner, but no info on those yet.

My wife is on UHP though, not TPS. She was admitted in 2022 on Ukrainian Hjmanitarian Parole and is still on this status (they've cancelled parole for other countries, but not Ukraine so far). She doesn't have an overstay though like you guys do, which USCIS shouldn't care about for spouses fo US citizens, but who knows now...

Any update? my family came in 2022 through the same program and now my mother is going to file for my grandma but I am afraid with all these changes!.

Is your Mother a USC?

No update, but they are now saying that it'll take less month for approval... we still dont have even the work authorization, already filed a request to expedite, now waiting for for a response. Everything seems stuck or just moving super slow...
