I think we have been approved.  I checked my uscis account and I saw a document of the approval.  It says that “the above petition has been approved. “. And they sent our petition to NVC in NH.

I don’t think I will receive any approval letter through mail since I applied online.  I never received letter for our NOA1.

Hopefully that’s the case.

Congrats with approval! Many see the status you saw earlier when nothing happens, but in your case it masked the approval

RFE received 9/26 😢 we sent it in overnight and followed the paper instructions very closely... but I saw I now have a a "respond with evidence" button on my USCIS account page online. USPS confirmed USCIS received our papers, sent it certified...

I'm confused, do I also upload online?

EDIT: wanted to mention nowhere on the paper notification we received did it say to upload online. Just an address on where to send everything back including the cover sheet.

Just updating, got the notice yesterday at 11:30 PM that they received the evidence! So my dilemma was over haha. I got several notifications today that they are still processing my request.. wonder why I got it twice!

Another update! We got approved! We have a similar issue to the person above where the status didn't update but there is clearly an approval letter in the documents section :)

Congrats!  We received the approval via mail about a month after. Hopefully, everything will go smoothly with both of you!

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
