Hi everyone, We filed our I-130 (spousal) on August 12, 2024 at Nebraska Service Center. Today marks 408 days and still waiting. Starting to wonder when approval might come through — I know Nebraska is running 12–15 months, but it feels like forever ?. For those who filed around August/September 2024, have you received approvals yet? Just trying to get a sense of where USCIS is with our month. Sending encouragement to everyone still in the waiting game ?. We’ll get there soon!

August 12 filer here! NOA1 received Aug 12 at Nebraska. Still waiting on NOA2, but hopeful this month brings some good news for all of us ??.
