If you were handed a DS-5535 in March, it would be REALLY surprising to see it come through the system that quickly.  All DS-5535's go through a central adjudication center and aren't handled locally, as I understand it.  Not to be a negative Nelly, but rather to be realistic, if you look at the spreadsheet, I don't think anyone has gone less than 3 months for a decision in essentially forever.  It's more like 6mo+.  There will be other factors for consideration too.  Things like what is your educational background (TAL or not)? Where have you traveled to in the past and what was your purpose there?  What is your family heritage?  Do you have a common name?

Fingers crossed it goes quickly for you.

Understood, yeah that makes sense. Thanks for the explanation.

In how many days Montreal consulate replying these days if applicant send inquiry for status update of AP ? I sent an email yesterday afternoon, and status got updated early morning today, not sure if they checked status to reply me back, but I havent received their reply yet.

Does anyone (applicant) also got response of inquiry next day?

Hi, may I ask how long have you been in AP since your interview?

Hello, its going to close to 90 days that i crossed the border with my immigrant visa but still did not receive my greencard yet. Usually how long does this process takes? Where can I check the status? Thanks

Same answer as the last time you asked (https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/827588-the-dreaded-ds-5535-thread-for-montreal-only-post-here-and-support-each-other-part-4/page/16/#findComment-11046908). You can check on the usual case status page, using your receipt number from payment - https://egov.uscis.gov/

When did you pay the fee? It’s 90 days from entry OR the fee payment, whichever is later.

Hi

@Ontarkie I am asking what does mean re-oath appointment. Today I receive a email . Embassy asking for re-oath appointments

thank you

Sometimes it is just because a certain amount of time has gone by, or could be that your prints didn't take right or expired. Nothing to worry about and a good sign.
