Hi guys,
I have a question about vaccination requirement for the immigrant visa. I don't have my chicken pox (varicella) immunization record but I had my chicken pox when I was kid. Do the immigration medical doctor accept verbal confirmation of the chicken pox or do I need to take the shot through my family doctor? Im from Toronto, immigrated to Canada when I was 16 years old in the year 2000. Also, I have one MMR vaccine record. Do I need 2 record to show or one is acceptable? Do they accept the yellow immunization record card? Does this card need to be stamped? My card only has the doctor signature beside the vaccine records.
