Omg I only sent one of each….now what :(

No worries.  No problem.  If the foreign spouse isn't in the USA, you didn't even need to send one for them.  Yes, instructions say two, but that instruction is an artifact.

I found online that only one of my passport photos was needed on a few sources so I just sent one.

so will I be ok having sent just one of myself?

Yes.  Lots of misinformation online, so that's not a good name for a good source.  This time, the source was correct.

The source was multiple embassy websites, they produce check lists for foreign spouses who are living in country how to file and what to include. I used this from my husbands home country and it said just one of each of us

"Online" is not specific.  Embassy websites are great sources.  The two passport photo instruction from USCIS is an artifact from 15 or more years ago.  Same with the six months of pay stubs, but even an older artifact.
