Hello,

sorry for the dumb question but do I have to register with the police or immigration when i arrive in the US?

I am asking because the address I have given for my K1 visa needs changing and I do not know where I should do it...

You will register with immigration when you arrive in the USA, it's the first thing you will do after getting off the airplane. The form I-94 that you will use will be distributed on the plane for you to fill out prior to landing.

You will register with immigration when you arrive in the USA, it's the first thing you will do after getting off the airplane. The form I-94 that you will use will be distributed on the plane for you to fill out prior to landing.

Thanks for the reply - do you htink that it would be a problem if my address on the I 94 is different than the one in my K1 papers stated as intended address to stay at?

They'll also have your new address when you file for AOS.

There is no address on I 94

Don't forget to register in the "domovata kniga"

HAha just kidding:)
