Something was changed regarding the beneficiary's name.  Maybe the first and last name were transposed?  Maybe you sent a request?  Regardless, something pertaining to their name was updated in the system.

How do you know it was the beneficiary’s name and not the petitioner’s?

We didn’t send anything in regarding a name change.

On the I-129f form I didn’t put my middle name in the mailing address. I’m wondering if they added it. I reviewed our entire petition and I do not see anything other than that. The only other thing I can think of is my beneficiary has 4 names. First, middle and two family names.
