Getting back to your original question, you were given good answers in the other threads.  I think you need to get the deportation documents if you were removed.

You were never Deported. ..simply denied entry. …

I am useless with things like this. I have some people saying I was deported and others saying I wasn’t. I’m just going to fill out the FOIA with USCIS.

"the stamp in my passport is “removed in accordance”".  that sounds like expedited removal.

The OP wrote “ refused” was stamped . ..

Nonetheless , be it ER or refused the records are with CBP

Actually, OP also wrote (in the last thread which was merged here) "Our lawyer said as the stamp in my passport is “removed in accordance” ..........She said the esta was cancelled and I was removed. "  I agree that CBP is the record holder.😄  and I also know that 5 years have passed, anyway.

You , still need to get your record , but definitely stop referring to it as a deportation .

Okay that’s what I’m going to do. It says online to go through uscis not cbp though. Last time I will mention it but if it was not “deportation” then do you think I could put on NVC cannot get the document and explain why.

I did not see that . If OP was removed t border , the Expedited Removal was w CBP . ..so no use for EOIR or USCIS.

I corrected myself it was “refused in accordance”
