I mistakenly filed an I-90 (Permanant Green Card Extension). I found this out when I went in and did the N400 interview and the USCIS worker let me know what I did was incorrect. So they had me withdraw my application while I was partway through the test.

Now I need to apply for the I-751 and there is question on Part 1, Question 14 "Conditional Resident Expires On"

  • Should I answer the date of my original expiration date (Nov 2022) of the Permanent Resident card or the date I got from the Notice of Action from filing the I-90 (Nov 2024)?
