I will be eligible to apply for citizenship next month and It is likely that I have a child whose mom has refused to send me the birth certificate (I did not sign and wasn't present) or do a DNA test to prove paternity( we were not married and were not exclusive). I do support financially( not legally mandated child support) just in case the child is mine. The child is in her mom's country and not my country of origin.  Do I include the child on my N400, so when she's of age and she's mine, I can petition for her or will it complicate the process. I have 2 kids with my US citizen wife and she's aware of the situation and wants the child to come over if she's mine

This is a little bit of a tough one as you are not 100% certain it is your child.  The issue is you are asked to bring evidence/proof of you children to the interview, and it appears you may not have that.  I would err on the side of including her as you seem fairly certain she is yours.

Good Luck!

I'll go ahead and include her and give explanations on the form and at the interview. Thank you
