Hi Guys I have question. I am fileing this I-1864 for my wife . I am sponsoring her there are no joint sponsor.

I already x on question number 8

but beneath something says yes or no

do i gota check on any of the option.

2)I need help second question,

I already meet 125% poverty line.

is it a good idea to show your bank saving to them.

Yes - check the Yes box as well

You already meet the requirements, so there is no need to show your bank statements or enter assets. If there is any question about whether you meet the requirements, then by all means enter your assets as well.

In this question Do I have to write my wife name or not ?

yes its good idea to show bank statments you should thats how they determine the decision if you can support or not. I would sure put bank statment with it. Good luck and hope everything goes smooth for you

If you are NOT using your wifes income you do not put her name there.

If you are not using your wife's income put N/A at question 24 item B and carry on to question 25.

This might be a good idea, I don't know. Unless you are using cash assets they don't ask you for your bank statement - it can never really hurt to show all of your assets if you think it will help - but they are not asking for it on the form.
