Hello folks! Hope you can help! I always have this question and I really want a real answer. Im in the NVC stage filing the I-864. For the sponsor (me) should I write the mailing address where I live with my beneficiary? (I've been living overseas with him for years now) or should I write the mailing address where we intend to live in the states? What about the physical address??

I don't know which address to use!!! thank you!!!

US mailing address should be same as physical address where u will live in US

that's where the green card will be sent

always best to read thru and follow instructions

If you have a mailing address in the USA, use it.  Your physical address is what it is, but since you live abroad, you are also going to need to provide evidence of your intent to re-establish domicile in the USA. Do state your domicile as USA though.  That's a separate question. Since nothing is going to be mailed abroad, a US address for mailing is best.

Yes, become an A-Student of the excellent I-864 instructions.

This answer incorrectly presumes the petitioner's current physical address, is where the green card will be sent.  The  green card will be sent to the US Address the foreign spouse indicates on the DS 260, or updates as late as US arrival.  It could be the same as one of the addresses on the petitioner's I-864, but that is neither a requirement or a "should".
