    Hola, ya me llego la visa y tengo que pagar el immigrant fee en USCIS. Viajo a Estados Unidos en 2 meses, Se paga ahora una vez que me llegó? o mas cercano a la fecha de salida? Gracias.

    Yes, they require to do that. It Is to provide the embassy with the info to return the passport to me after the interview. The NVC send me the email https://nvc.state.gov/prep So I can begin with the process… what I don’t know is, if I can begin with the medical exam first and the do that…

    Hello folks! Maybe is too soon, but I just received my IL today (IR1), but in the CEAC site still says is at NVC. When I tried to register the appointment it says that my case is not ready for an appointment..so.... Do I have to wait several days to appear in the system? Or what? Thanks!

    Hi folks! We are about to receive the interview in Madrid, Spain...Do you have to bring the birth certificate in Spanish? Do I have to translate it into English or is it not necessary? Cause the NVC accepted it in Spanish but don't know if in the interview they ask it to be in English, thanks!

    As a petitioner living overseas with spouse, what address should I put in the section that's says: PETITIONER´S INFORMATION??? I already put the U.S. address where we intend to live previously, but right in this part don't know what to put, because Im still living overseas, thanks!!!

    I will fill in January 2024 my I-864 form. When I will submit the evidence it says the last 3 years of taxes. Even though the taxes for 2023 will not be ready yet for then.. can I still submit the previous ones right? They will accepted anyways? Thanks you guy and happy new year!

    Hello folks! Hope you can help! I always have this question and I really want a real answer. Im in the NVC stage filing the I-864. For the sponsor (me) should I write the mailing address where I live with my beneficiary? (I've been living overseas with him for years now) or should I write the mailing address where we intend to live in the states? What about the physical address?? I don't know which address to use!!! thank you!!!
