Hi Guys 

please is there anyone who is waiting for visa petition for alien relatives.

 

I applied on 2012 from Morocco , I 130 approved on 2021 and receive welcome letter june 2023 . 
how long before NVC contact me . 
 

Do I need lawyer for the rest of the process ,

Nothing in your post suggests that an attorney is needed.  What visa category is this??

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

have u paid for and completed the I 864 and ds 260 for each parent 

gathering the douments for these 2 forms is done by u / lawyer will not do this / immigration lawyers are not Perry Maso

so, gather the documents according to instructions for IR5

 

u have already done the work the lawyer would have done by filing the 2 petitions -1 is not needed

Remember Morooco has 2 criminal reports for each person

  • Police certificate (fiche anthropometrique) and English translation
  • Court record (casier judiciare) and English translation

OP  if this is for sibling,  u have  about a 15 year wait from petition to interview and long queue for interview wait

U don't need a lawyer for any of the process

Are u a USC or LPR?

but is this I 130 for spouse  (CR1 or IR1)?

or parents (IR5)?

OR is this for sibling(s) F4?

 

It helps to know what the I 130 is filed for

also helps to see a timeline on the Profile with country flag
