Just filed I-130 a few days ago (CR-1/IR-1). Official US government portal says 2 months estimated processing time but VJ says over 10 months. Which is more accurate?

Are they counting the same things?  I received a notice from VisaJourney that my estimated waiting time is over 10 months.  But on the official US government submission portal it says 2 months.  Which is more accurate?

After logging in on USCIS, where the application was submitted, the page that is specific to our case says 2 months.

That's typically a lie.  You have to look at the processing times at the centers themselves, keeping in mind your application can be transferred to a different processing center at any time as USCIS attempts to balance workloads.  Currently, the centers are stating 14 months average.

Remember, too, that the I-130 is just the first stage.  Once it's approved, the DS-260 requires submission and approval then you move onto the interview stage.

It's taking about that long to just get the receipt.
