10th October 2007 - NOA1 issued

31st January 2008 - NOA2 issued

22nd May 2008 - Interview date

18th July 2008 - US here I come

22nd August 2008 - Wedding date

15th September 2008 - AOS Pack (I485, I131, I765) Sent

22nd September 2008 - NOA1 x 3 Received

6th October 2008 - Transferred to CSC

17th October 2008 - Biometrics

5th December 2008 - EAD & AP approved

20th February 2008 - GC approved

1st December 2010 - I-751 Sent (CSC)

3rd December 2010 - I-751 Received

7th December 2010 - Cheque cashed

3rd January 2011 - Biometrics

Joanne, It is awesome that you received your NOA - 2 CONGRATS to both of you ! There maybe hope for all of us after all :thumbs:

June 2006-Became acquainted

September 8th - 15th 2007 - met in person in Vladivostok

October 15th, 2007 - Mailed I-129 to CSC

October 24th, 2007 - NOA-1

February 29th, 2008 called CSC - Was told case was assigned to an officer on February 27th

March 4, 2008 - NOA -2

May 28, 2008 - Interview - SUCCESS APPROVED !

June 6th - Planned arrival in Detroit Via Northwest Airlines

June 12th - Marriage

December 1, 2008. AOS interview. APPROVED !

January 2009 - green cards received !

May 2009 so far so good !

Great news!!! Thinking we should celebrate with chat and wine later :D I am leaving work early as I worked through lunch - someone should have been sending me e-mails all week with cars that needed receipting in at auction... they sent one big spreadsheet today... over 800 cars :wacko:

Chatroom and wine and nibbles fun?!?! Going shopping with my mum though so prolly won't be on til about 8-9pm GMT (3-4pm EST)

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Thanks man. Yeah, there's one thing for sure in this game - you're never alone. There's always more than one getting approved early and more than one waiting what seems like forever. Si man?

Mox, time for you to get lucky. We've had an Oct approval at CSC. I'm rooting for you, CBR and Audrey. 'Particularly' I mean - all approvals are good news.
