wondering if anyone can help me with links to certain sections of the Immigration and Nationality Act,

in particular,Section 203(f),Section 245 and section 274a.14(a)(2)(B)(1)(i),Title 8,Code of Federal Regulations.

tried all the usual engines but pinpointing the actual legislation is proving difficult

the relevant sections have all been repealed?

ok

now im wondering why all the relevant sections they used to deny my 485 petition have been either repealed or are missing from the available versions of the legislation

203f deals with the number of visa's available to certain applicants

IR and K visa's are not subject to a yearly limit

sect 245 deals with what specific requirments an applicant must meet to qualify for a particular visa class.....the first exemption in all cases is the spouse of a USC

the decision to deny my previous 485 was based on those sections and i was deported

maybe im missin somethin here is there anybody with a better understanding of the interpretations who can maybe explain this to me?
