Good day VJ,

It's been 5mos now since my children's AOS application filed, now i open their accounts ( I check status every single day) and notice a message that says XXXX Adjust Status (Cuba).

I called the USCIS about this and surprised that the agent can't proceed since his application has no parents listed. OMG. What is going on now? I don't even know which service center or field office to mail and send a request or ask about this situation.

Why this happened?

Ask Emma Live Chat is your method of contact for USCIS.

Look at forms. See if you have "parents listed".

Confirm it's the same receipt number.

Thank you. I talked to an agent (2nd time) and the "Cuba" is a typo. When he checked one kid status there is "Cuba" however when he checked all 3 applicants there is no "Cuba" at all. The "no parents listed" are all 3 applicants issue not just one, however the USC can only make a call and verify if we need to list the parent's name with forms and evidences provided since he is the petitioner of all three applicants.
