Does the latest one represent your prediction of what you will earn in an average week?

I take as many hours as I can get. But generally yes it is pretty close

I believe we arw discussing I-130, correct?

The problem, as you noted, is that employer 1 uses numbers 13-16 employer 2 uses numbers 17-20.

Logically the additional info section would have  employer 3 use numbers 21-24. But numbers 21-24 are alresdy something else.

So what i would do in the addition info section is:

3.a - page 2

3.b - part 1

3.c - employer 3 17-20

3.d - everything pertinent for employer 3  that you would have put into 17-20 if you could

Did you try the online I-130?

Are there any examples floating around on Visajourney?

I know only 1 year tax return is required, and up to 3 is allowed.

But can I just submit the most recent 2 years, if my 3rd year is not that impressive financially?

Or is just better to submit all 3?

Great chance you'll be asked for third in RFE.

Hmm but how come they only require 1?

In my opinion, the success strategy is not about meeting minimum requirements and hoping it will satisfy USCIS. It's about providing as much evidence as possible to remove any doubt from IOs side.

But if one of the 3 years barely hits the poverty limit, wouldn't that hinder our case?

I'd either submit just 1 or all 3.

2 invites a question.

Quick question on Employment History. It says they want the history for the past 5 years.

If I was unemployed during those times, Do I need to put unemployed with the dates of unemployment?

Or do they just want the dates of my employed positions?
