Nvc finally send me case number… and letter nvc said they send my case to us embassy in Tunisia… the problem is in letter of nvc they spell my last name emri instead  amri  … is that big deal ? Because my passport spell it amri not emri .. my noa 2 uscis they spell it right ! Amri  . Now my case in transit.. Please ineed your advice for that ?

At the interview show the CO your:

*  passport

*  birth certificate

* NVC letter

 

and explain your name is incorrect in the NVC letter and that you need your visa to match your name in your passport.
