The consulate website talks about you must give them an address to send you passport after the interview.

We would prefer to just stay in Manila and pick it up when it is ready directly from the consulate. Has anyone done this? I’d prefer to be packed and ready to go all in one trip to Manila.

Thanks.

Here is where you can register for either document delivery or pickup. Everyone in my circle says its best to do pickup because of potential issues/delays related to delivery especially in the Philippines. Below is the exact verbiage which is in my packet IV email from the manila embassy. We selected document pickup. It will take you through steps of selecting which location you want to pick up from.

Each applicant must have a registered delivery address. Prior to the interview, register online at https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-iv-documentdelivery.asp.  Failure to do so will result in the delayed delivery of the passport and visa.

You absolutely can arrange a pickup at any LBC branch. Just make sure to triple check for correctness like spellings.

Thank you both. We will see what LBC is closest to where we will stay prior to the interview.
