Hi, yes let's get that fixed :).

 

First what browser are you using?  Can you try a few things please...

 

1) Try using incognito mode in Chrome (or private mode in Safari).  Log in and do you see this?

2) Clear all cookies in your normal browser.  Close the browser and open it up again.  Do you see the issue?

I just saw this. I'm so sorry. For some reason I don't get notified anymore since over 2 weeks when someone is responding/quoting to my post. 

 

Anyhow.

 

The issue is still going on. I'm using both (Mozilla and Safari) and I did all the things you have mentioned :(

 

Whenever I click on "Forums" the error comes up :(

Do you see this when logged out and viewing as a guest?  Can you provide the following so we can try to reproduce?

 

  • Computer (mac/windows) and version of OS
  • Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.) and version
  • Can you reproduce if logged in?
  • Can you reproduce if logged out?
  • Can you record a video and post it here?

I don't get the error when I'm browsing/viewing as a guest. As soon as I log in I do get the error still. :(

Can you try creating a new account?  Don’t delete the old one.  Let us know.  
 

Have you tried logging in with an incognito / private tab?

Yes this is soo strange.  I want to help.  What about phone vs desktop/laptop?  I'm trying to gather more info to help debug since this appears to just be ion your account.

yes, i tried on everything, phones, computer, laptops, i pad, private mode, public mode

at home

at work

on safari, on mozilla firefox, microsoft edge, all of it 

 

:( won't show me the forums since 2 weeks now i think even more
