Hello everyone!
I couldn’t find a thread for July 2023 citizenship filers, so I created this one. Admins, please delete if there is one that already exists.

I filed today 7/10/2023 based on 3 year rule (married to USC). So far, I’ve gotten notice that my biometrics will be reused and no refund will be issued :)))

Hi

even I filed online yesterday and got the NOA and biometric reuse in the uscis account.Do we get a physical mail of these two as well? or just the message in the account.

Do we get the interview letter in mail or that will come in uscis account as well

I am not sure if we get copies of online notifications send out in the mail, as I’ve never done online applications before. For all my previous visas and AOS I’ve used lawyers, but N-400 I filed myself because it seemed simple and my case is marriage based.

We submitted our applications online on 07/09/2023.

We received a receipt notice on 07/09/2023.

We're assuming that we will be assigned to the Philadelphia Field Office.

hi everyone! Planning on submitting my application this week. I'm over the 3 year rule but just under the 5 year rule (would be Nov 2023). Do you think my biometrics will be reused? I have a few trips planned over the summer and just want to avoid having to reschedule (either the trips or the appointment!). Thanks!

Hello,

Would it be a better option to wait until

you are done with your travel, just to make sure you don’t miss anything?

Are you traveling internationally? I think I remember (when I was doing my green card paper work) someone just walking in to have their biometrics earlier than the date on their notice, but I am not sure if it’s still ok to do it now for citizenship.
On this forum, I saw here that some people had their biometrics from 10 year ago reused so may be yours will be reused too

I submitted my N400 last 07/07 exactly 90 days before my 5th year on 10/05. Did not receive any notification about biometric reuse so I am assuming I will be getting a biometric appointment in the coming weeks. The only update in my USCIS account was the receipt notice attached in PDF form.

Just got an update today. I am scheduled for biometrics. Got the update exactly 1 week from the time I filed. The thing is, there’s not much information about the biometric schedule. No attachment in the document tab either.

Do you see it online in your account?
Maybe they’ll send the notice in the mail. If you check the case status with your receipt number, does it say anything?

You can try chatting with Emma and finding out there if they sent out the biometrics appointment notice
