It's becoming obvious that because of related questions regarding March filers for CR-1's / K-3's the Immigration service has seen fit to move on to other more pressing matters like making employees the priority over families. Taking a look at "March filers with no approvals yet " thread will give you an idea of how many of us there really are.

I'm starting to feel like they are going to make us all wait just as long as they possibly can. I thought we'd all be approved at about the 90-day mark, now many of us are going on 140-150 days. I don't know what the heck they are doing at CSC but it definately seems to be something other than IR-1/CR-1 and K3 forms.

Wife's visa journey:

03/19/07: Initial mailing of I-129F.

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!

MIL's visa journey:

07/26/11: Initial mailing of I-130.

05/22/12: Interview passed!

I will tell you what the deal is and this was told to me by an immigration attorney..Alot of people are being told to only file I 130s because for a while they were going much faster . Now with the huge jump in fees... they are slamming the service centers with petitions. I have a friend who did an I130 and I will be you money my k3 will come in before hers even though she filed way ahead. I am thanking god I did a k3 now because of what is going on with the I130s. I think we are in for HUGE delays with them

Hello There!

I am curious how many people are still waiting fro their K3 or CR1 from March 2007?
