Interview date not received within 60 days

Does anyone know the number we can call about the status? 
 

“The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 60 days, we will send a notice confirming that your case is still in line for an interview.”

 

We haven’t received anything yet, June 4th marked the 60 days mark.

You can't call NVC.  There is no reason to call.  Just keep waiting. You are still in the queue for your consulate.  Not everyone receives those 60 day emails.

Since it’s pass 60 days, shouldn’t they send us an email at least, just like they say they would?

Why?  The email is meaningless.  You are still in the queue for an interview whether you get an email or not.

Highly unlikely.  As I said, not everyone gets those 60 day emails.  They mean nothing.

As long as you can see the case status on CEAC, the case is not lost.
