Vaccines and manilla interview

We are close to scheduling the interview for my wifes mother. The problem is she cant find her vaccine records, could they administer those vaccines that are required at st lukes medical during the health exam? or is she going to have to get the vaccines herself

She will have to get the COVID vaccine herself prior to the medical.  All other required vaccines will be administered by SLEC.  No extra cost as they are already covered by the standard medical fee.
