Hello

I have 2 questions:-

👉 Suppose a person submitted all required documents on April 1, 2023 to NVC and he also submitted additional supportive document on April 4, 2023.  Which day is counted as the starting day of document review que?

👉 Can a recent year Joint IRS transcript be used  proof of relationship between a Joint Sponsor and household member where the spouse of the JS act as the household member and she is mentioned as a spouse in the transcript?

Not sure about Question 2, but the general consensus here seems to be that your queue position would be based on the April 1 submission.
