March 2023 filer - Phoenix lockbox (IOE case at VSC) - received biometrics reuse letter and online account letter but no NOA1. Anyone?

3/1 - packet sent (overnight) to Phoenix lockbox

3/2 - packet received by Phoenix lockbox

3/6 - check cashed by USCIS

<forgot to send G-1450>

3/8 - called USCIS to get a case number: IOE0919XXXXXXXXXX, and they also said that the NOA1 was mailed on this day

3/8 - online status changed to "case is being actively reviewed by USCIS"

3/13 - received "biometric reuse" letter dated 3/8, service center VSC

3/13 - received "online account" letter with the access code dated 3/8

 

Still no NOA1. Anyone else?

 Likely you will get the NOA in a few days, but its not unusual to take 2-3 weeks.

It usually takes about 2 weeks to receive the NOA1 by mail, but since you have an online account, the same is downloadable in PDF. Make sure you have notifications setup in your online account so that you receive email/text whenever there's a change in the case.
