I am freaking out...I just went onto USCIS for my daily check & saw this......

Receipt Number:

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On July 24, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Is this the real deal?

Congratulations!!!! I'm so depressed today because I have not gotten any case update since I started tracking. But after I saw your post, I felt happy that at least someone had a great day today!

DO: San Francisco

06/11 Mailed i485/i130/i765/i131 via lawyer

06/15 Received - Process Started

06/20 FP Notice for i485/i765

07/12 FP Appt.

(no touches after biometrics...)

07/21 Interview Letter Received

08/22 EAD and AP approval email (Wohoo! no touches prior to this)

08/23 and 8/24 AP touched. No change in status.

08/27 AP received in the mail.

08/27 EAD card production ordered and approved again.

09/04 EAD received in the mail.

09/07 Interview Date - APPROVED!

Double 130 approvals and 485 card prod ordered in between....

09/20 Conditional GC Received!

thanks...I felt the same way the past 2 weeks...there hasn't been much activity but hey maybe the floodgates will open & everyone will get touched or approved!!!!!!!!

well at least you know what's going on & once you get that you will have your approval! I thought we would have to get the medical again b/c his was done last July. I sent every bit of paperwork I could think of to avoid the dreaded RFE. I sent a letter from the doc who performed the medical, chest x-ray results & the bloodwork results showing that he has all his immunizations..along with the I-693 filled out by an approved USCIS doc

we were blessed this go around-the K-1 was a nightmare :wacko:

I can't wait to take a rest....no USCIS for a while :dance::dance:

they just sent me an e-mail saying that they approved his I-765 yesterday, even though they sent a "card production ordered" e-mail last week! Man are they backwards :wacko::wacko::blink:
