Hello all,

After a long wait my fiancé finally has an interview date of 2/6/23. While this is great news I noticed that something was a little off in the email. My fiancé was listed but her son was not listed I will attach the picture so you guys can see. When our case was marked ready there was two entries which means there is a K1 and a K2. I replied back to the email and explained the issue yesterday but just figured I would ask to see if there is something else I can do to resolve this asap. As you can see under derivative applicants it shows N/A which is incorrect.

Some lawyers claim a K-2 under age 14 doesn’t attend the K-1 interview.  I’ve seen nothing definitive.

I've heard that too my concern is that he is not listed as derivative on the official email. I have chatted with other folks in the same situation in my whatsapp group some have the K2 on the email and some dont.
